1. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions (“AGB”) apply to all contracts concluded viahttps://www.eelsify.de between:

(hereinafter referred to as “Eelsify”)
and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) for the purchase of event tickets.
2. Subject of the Contract
The subject of the contract is the sale of tickets granting the Customer the right to attend a specific event at a specified date, time, and location.Eelsify GmbH acts as the ticket seller. The organization, content, and execution of the event itself are the sole responsibility of the respective event organizer.
3. Conclusion of Contract
Tickets can be selected and ordered online via the website.By clicking the “Buy now” button, the Customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected tickets.
The contract is concluded once Eelsify sends an order confirmation to the Customer by email.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in EUR and include the applicable statutory VAT, unless otherwise expressly stated.The available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process.
5. Ticket Delivery
Tickets are delivered electronically as e-tickets to the email address provided by the Customer.The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the provided contact details, in particular the email address, are correct and accessible.
6. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for contracts relating to leisure activities with a fixed date or period, in accordance with § 312g (2) No. 9 BGB.Tickets are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable after purchase, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
7. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of an event, the Customer will be informed accordingly.Any refunds, replacement dates, or alternative solutions (e.g. vouchers) will be handled in accordance with the applicable statutory requirements and the policies of the respective event organizer.
8. Admission and Event Rules
Admission to the event is granted only upon presentation of a valid ticket.The house rules, safety regulations, and instructions of the event organizer and venue staff must be observed at all times.
9. Age and Time Restrictions
Attendance is subject to the provisions of the German Youth Protection Act (Jugendschutzgesetz – JuSchG).Children and minors under the age of 16 are not permitted to attend club-style, dance, or night events without a parent or authorized guardian.
Minors under 16, even when accompanied, may attend events only until 10:00 p.m., unless legally permitted otherwise.
Minors aged 16 to under 18 may attend events without supervision only until 12:00 a.m. (midnight).
For club events, festivals, night events, or events involving the sale or consumption of alcohol, admission is generally restricted to persons aged 18 and over, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The organizer reserves the right to request official proof of age and to deny admission or remove guests who do not comply with age or time restrictions.
No refund will be granted if admission is denied or terminated due to youth protection regulations.
10. Liability
Eelsify GmbH shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence.In cases of slight negligence, Eelsify GmbH shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as liability under mandatory statutory provisions, remains unaffected.
11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.Further information can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).If the Customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction shall be Neunkirchen-Seelscheid, Germany.
13. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.In place of the invalid provision, a legally permissible provision shall apply that most closely reflects the economic intent of the original provision.
